Due to the nature of antique, vintage, and pre-owned items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
All items are sold as seen and as described. Antiques and vintage pieces naturally show signs of age, wear, and historical use, which form part of their character and authenticity. Customers are encouraged to carefully review item descriptions, photographs, and condition details prior to purchase.

Condition & Descriptions
Every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph each item. Measurements, materials, and condition notes are provided in good faith. Customers are welcome to request additional information or images before purchasing.
Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged due to courier handling, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the packaging and damage. Claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to courier investigation.
