We use reputable courier services appropriate for antique and fragile items.
Delivery times provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Once an item has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery times lies with the courier.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to dispatch, depending on the size and destination of the item.

For larger, heavier, or high-value items, bespoke delivery quotes may be required. Customers will be contacted where additional arrangements are necessary.

4. UK & International Shipping

We offer shipping within the United Kingdom and may ship internationally upon request.

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local regulations.

5. Risk & Ownership

All items are shipped at the customer’s risk once delivered.
Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.

Customers are advised to inspect items upon delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the item, packaging, and any visible damage

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted, as courier investigations require prompt notification.
